We hope that you are delighted with your Fameed Khalique purchase. In the instance that you would like to return your item, we offer a free returns service.
You may return your order by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery day by following the simple steps below:

- Using a courier of your choice, please return your item to us unworn and in the condition that it was received, along with all tags, label and original packaging. To ensure the item(s) arrive with us in a pristine condition, please return items in the original packaging.

Item(s) must be returned to us by a registered trackable courier or postal system that requires a signature on receipt of delivery to us. Fameed Khalique Ltd is not liable for any returns lost during shipping. Please retain proof of postage and details of the delivery confirmation until your refund has been processed. Fameed Khalique Ltd will not cover the cost of the return shipping. To avoid any additional VAT and duties please ensure you state the following on the outside of the package: THIS PACKAGE CONTAINS A RETURN FROM ORIGINAL AIRWAY BILL: [insert bill number here] Regrettably, any additional charges for VAT and import duties incurred due to failure to add the above statement on your return packaging will be deducted from the value of your refund.
Returns policy
Please note that we can only accept returned items within 14 days of signed-for delivery receipt. Items must be unworn and in the exact condition they were received in. All items are fully quality checked before being shipped. If you receive an item that is faulty please contact us immediately with the returns information as detailed above.
Refunds for items deemed faulty are issued at the discretion of our team.
Please note that faulty item(s) returns must be reported to our team via email as above before they are returned. Fameed Khalique Ltd is not responsible for the time it takes for a return to reach us. We will not process a refund until a returned item(s) has been received, checked and are within our returns policy. If approved for return your refund will be issued. Depending on the payment provider used this should be within 5-15 working days. We will only refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
